- Identifying business opportunities and targeted market sector to grow Acacy business
- Direct business development activities including identifying business leads; making presentation and sales visits, sharing client information with other areas and doing cross-selling activities;
- Develop effective relationships with major clients to achieve organizational growth objectives
- Maintain networking activities and represent the organization at local conventions, seminars, and official occasions, and liaise with other organizations.
- Keep updated with market growth, trends, competitors and related service for the best branding of organization brands
- Growth in the number of associates
- Growth in the number of clients invoiced
- Bachelor’s degree
- From 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales B2B (experience in HR Service Firm is a plus)
- Command in English
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Customer and Personal Service mindset
- Problem-solving ability, Analytical thinking skills
- Willing to work under high pressure
- Good at MS Office (Especially Excel, PowerPoint...)
